"Being the hottest application market, it is not surprising that both recent and planned HCM investments are vigorous," says Lisa Rowan, program director, HR, Talent, and Learning Strategies for IDC. "The top reasons for changing suppliers in the past 12 months varied somewhat across the functions, with lack of features and outdated technology prevailing."
