In the storage space competition is increasing, as storage solutions become more commoditized, and as the economic crisis compels many companies to postpone hardware investments. Hardware vendors are thus decreasing prices on one hand, and on the other, attaching services that can improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and give them higher margins. |
