This IDC study provides an overview of China's contact center outsourcing (CCO) services market as well as its status and a forecast for the next five years. It also includes a competitive landscape with three types of vendors. The study also provides recommendations on service provider (SP) development.
"The fast-growing economy, excellent investment environment, and policy support drove China's contact center outsourcing (CCO) services market, whose size increased from US$696.4 million in 2009 to US$812.4 million in 2010, with 16.7% year over year (YoY). Looking forward, China's CCO services market is expected to increase, with a 2010-2015 compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 19.6%. Furthermore, newly issued policies, further demand, high-scale development, high industrial concentration, and competition in undeveloped parts of the region will promote the development of the whole CCO market," says Richard Zhao, senior market analyst, Services and Telecommunication Research, IDC China.
