China's Contact Center Outsourcing Services Market 2009-2014 Forecast and Analysis

This IDC study provides an overview of China's contact center outsourcing (CCO) services market as well as its status and a forecast for the next five years. It also includes a competitive landscape with three types of vendors. The study also provides recommendations on service provider (SP) development.

"Although affected by the global economic downturn, China's CCO services market still enjoyed fast growth, from US$605.2 million in 2008 to US$696.4 million in 2009, with 15.1% year-over-year (YoY) growth. Looking forward, IDC forecasts that China's CCO services market will increase, with a 2009-2014 compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of21.3%. Also, intensifying competition will push vendors to pay more attention to business development and profits. This, in turn, could facilitate the rapid increase in demand for CCO services' sales and marketing offerings," says Loa Lang, market analyst, Services and Communications, IDC China.
