Canadian Infrastructure Outsourcing 2013–2017 Forecast

This IDC study of the Canadian infrastructure outsourcing market presents IDC's market sizing and spending forecast. With the backdrop of an unstable economy ahead of us, IDC is cautiously optimistic concerning the prospects for the Canadian infrastructure outsourcing market in the 2013–2017 forecast period.

IDC anticipates that the Canadian infrastructure outsourcing market will grow by 5.15%, or almost C$416 million, and will reach almost C$8.5 billion in revenue in 2013. We anticipate that the ISO segment will increase by 4.26% and surpass the C$5.2 billion mark by the end of 2013. IDC further expects that the NDOS segment will expand to C$2.27 billion in revenue in market value in 2013. Hosting rounds out the three primary categories of the Canadian infrastructure outsourcing market. Hosting is anticipated to grow by more than 12% in 2013, reaching C$970 million in market value.
