The purpose of MenuMine Best Practices is to advise menu developers at restaurant chains on the competitive strengths of their menu items, flavors and ingredients. Menu data from 59 Fast Casual restaurant chains examines key menu characteristics affecting menu item positioning. Menu item name and price data are analyzed in aggregate and individually for all Fast Casual chains. Included are menu data from leading Fast Casual chains in the following concepts: Asian (Noodles and Company, Pick Up Stix, Pei Wei Asian Diner, more), Bakery / Sandwich (Quiznos, Panera Bread, Boston Market, more), Burgers (Culver's Frozen Custard, Fuddrucker's, Back Yard Burgers, more), Chicken (Buffalo Wild Wings, Zaxby's, El Pollo Loco, more) Mexican (Chipotle Mexican Grill, Baja Fresh Mexican Grill, Moe's Southwest Grill, more), and Pizza / Italian (Sbarro, Fazoli's, Donato's Pizza, more). This report includes Savory items and does not contain information on beverages, desserts or breakfast. The data source for Best Practices is the MenuMine Database of Chain, Independent and Non-Commercial Menus, which includes 4,926 menu item selections in this segment alone.
