The purpose of MenuMine Best Practices is to advise menu developers at restaurant chains on the competitive strengths of their menu items, flavors and ingredients. Included are menu data from leading Casual Independent Restaurants in the following concepts: African (6 restaurants), American (54 restaurants), Asian (7 restaurants), Cajun / Creole (4 restaurants), Californian (4 restaurants), Continental (7 restaurants), Fusion/Eclectic (5 restaurants), Italian (6 restaurants), Latin (15 restaurants), Mediterranean (9 restaurants), Seafood (17 restaurants), Steakhouse (8 restaurants) plus restaurants in other concepts including Southwestern, Vegetarian, Mexican, German and Irish. This report includes Savory items and does not contain information on beverages, desserts or breakfast. The data source for Best Practices is the MenuMine Database of Chain, Independent and Non-Commercial Menus, which includes 9,868 menu item selections in this segment alone.
