The Foodservice Research Institute publishes the Chain Account Menu Survey (CAMS), a compilation of menus from 160-plus top commercial chains with at least $50 million in annual sales. It also publishes Brand Equity Share Trends (BEST), information on market size and share for all major brands in more than 125 food product categories.
