| The Retail Ratings Reports are a monthly scorecard for the retail industry to determine the top performers from the consumer's point of view. These reports are generated from BIGresearch's monthly Consumer Intentions & Actions (CIA) Survey of over 8,000 consumers. The Retail Ratings Reports can be used to make year-over-year comparisons and analyze growth of Consumer Preference Share of retailers for key merchandise categories by gender, age, income, region, and other segments.
